Delivery

Your order will generally be processed within two business days after receipt of payment. Shipping is done by Swiss Post. You will be notified if delivery cannot be made within one week. We decline all responsibility in the event of late delivery. No claim for damages can be asserted.

Minimum order amount

A supplement of CHF 5.00 is applied to orders below CHF 25.00 including tax.

Prices

All prices are expressed in Swiss francs (CHF), VAT included.

Shipping costs

Deliveries to Switzerland
The flat rate shipping costs are CHF 7.90.

Overseas deliveries
Shipping costs will be determined on a case-by-case basis and communicated in advance.

Claims

All orders are firm and final. Delivery cannot be returned or exchanged.
There is no right of return or refund.
